I chose this photo because the sky looked so bright and I thought that adding the neon glow would give it an even more intense look. The original photo has a purple splotch in the sky that happened when I took the photo. I'm not sure how it happened but to hopefully downplay it I used a neon glow color that was a blusih-green rather than a true blue that would pull the purple color. I than put the original over it at 50% opacity. The purple still ended up being visable but it looked alot better than in the original.
