I wanted to try doing two overlay layers with different color neon. The first was a gold orange color around the sun and the sun beams. The second was a dark blue around the ocean and the left corner of the sky. It turned out really sweet so I decided to put it up. This was a good picture to choose because I could use a lot of different neon colors and sizes and brightnesses to make different looks.
